Beyond The Hire (BTH) is Houston's premiere HR solutions provider, offering a wide variety of HR services with the most comprehensive capabilities and deep industry knowledge. We assist our clients  with all of their staffing needs as well as solving the most complex HR issues of your organization. As a minority-owned firm we are committed to both our clients and the communities in which they operate and serve. Opening our doors in 2019, we’re proud to say that we are the "new kids on the block" with a fresh perspective and innovative ideas. 

The BTH Mission

BTH is a Houston-based HR firm whose mission is two-fold:

(1) To provide effective consulting, training and placement services to companies by developing, implementing, and improving processes and programs that contribute to the accomplishment of organizational goals. We strive to exceed client expectations by providing innovative and cost-effective business solutions based on current trends and best practice benchmarks.

(2) To provide job placement services for those individuals that find it difficult to secure employment as members of

one or more marginalized groups,

(i.e. Minorities, Women and Challenged Backgrounds).
